With increased focus on Early Reading in the new Ofsted Education Inspection Framework, this training aims to support practitioners to recognise the key skills required for early reading. With a focus on the role each practitioner plays in supporting reading, the training will give practical strategies to ensure a consistent approach to reading across EYFS.

In addition, there will be an opportunity to focus on the promotion of early reading in the home learning environment.
