A 15-week intervention transition programme targeting the most vulnerable children who will need some additional support for mathematics over the next few months.

Course Content The programme will use a diagnostic test to target support.
It will work on short bursts of intervention in three 5-week blocks (and align to SEN targets).

All materials to administer the intervention will be provided.
