We will look at leaders own assessment of curriculum strengths and weaknesses.
What training have subject leaders had? Have they had access to subject network meetings?
This meeting is an opportunity to develop the role and expertise of the subject leader, discuss concerns/issues and network with colleagues. There will be an opportunity to identify areas of training needed for staff too.
