To enable the participants to:

• Become familiar with some of the teaching and learning implications of the Y6 National Curriculum in preparation for statutory assessment
• Gain awareness of the administrative procedures in respect of the National Curriculum assessment process
• Become familiar with the KS2 moderation process in Bury schools

The session will be supported by experienced Y6 teachers

Target Group

Any Y6 teacher new to year group this year, or any Y6 teacher recently in post in this year group who has not attended this training.
